Policies And Procedures

Terms & conditions:

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel the tour, we need to know minimum 7 days before of the tour, then we can transfer you back the full amount.

Cancellations within 7 days of booked tour will receive a “rain check” or refund (less processing fees) if we can fill your spot. The more notice you give us the more chance you have of getting the full refund less $10 processing fee

Wet weather Policy

We will try and ride in all weather conditions but we are also aware this is Darwin and we have some doozy weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for predicted weather but I can guarantee you probably won’t need a coat!

Thunder storms – Wet season thunder storms can be brutal and unpredictable. If thunder storms are imminent, we will notify you at least 2 hours before the tour start time to offer a rain check. You can decline the rain check and we will offer you a full refund. Never assume the ride is cancelled unless you hear from us first. We do have rain protection and lets face it you may get wet but you won’t get cold!

Extreme Heat – Hey its Darwin – its HOT! We have mist fans and ice ties to help cool you down. We will be running tours during the cooler parts of the day so book carefully during the wet season. We have shade over us at all times and if we pedal fast enough you will create a cool breeze (well coolish) – if we think the weather is ridiculously hot we will contact you and offer a change of times but from Nov – Feb – know it will be hot…. This could be one of the coolest places to be without air con….

Age Policy

The minimum age for all riders on the alcohol tours is 18 years old. Riders must present valid ID to the booking officer when signing the release waiver before the start of the booking.

There are 2 tours in the morning which are non alcoholic. All patrons must be over 16 years old to pedal. Children, over 16 who can reach the pedals can ride these under adult supervision. Children under the age of 16 may be required to sit on the back bench with the seat belt on. Children under 7 years old will not be allowed on the vehicle.

Drinking Policy

No BYO drinks. We cater and serve all drinks. Only one drink per person at any one time. Drink must be completely empty before refilling. No shots. Be sober when the route starts. Sing but be appreciative of houses, businesses, schools, churches.

Behaviour Policy

Bad behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any passenger asked to leave the tour will provide their own way back home at their own cost and could be subject to further fine or loss of deposit. We have your ID so we know who you are!
